File this under “everything can be an opportunity for art”  … After helping out with getting some artichokes planted in the garden a couple weeks ago, I got the chance to play around with the concept of “artichoke gardening” using the Midjourney AI tool. I made minor adjustments to the results in Adobe Photoshop. and then used Adobe Express to make this clip of some of the results.
