Atomic Octopus made its regional debut in April, at SN-RG near the town of Beatty, Nevada! This gave us a chance to show off the new camp sign at an event close to our home base and local community, as well as test out a few things we are working on for Burning Man 2026.

The regional campout was the Atomic Octopus camp’s very first adventure in the real world since we announced the change. At first, we felt excited and a little nervous. However, as soon as we arrived, we knew something special was happening. The air was full of laughter, music, and bright ideas.

During the day, we explored, created, and played. At night, we gathered under the stars. The lights, art, and energy made everything feel magical. The whole experience felt smooth and joyful.
Looking ahead, we are more excited than ever. Our camp debut gave us confidence and even more new ideas. Now, we are ready for the next big step. In August, we will bring even more creativity, fun, and connection to Burning Man.

In conclusion, the regional debut campout was a big success. We made memories, built friendships, and learned a lot. Above all, we proved that Atomic Octopus is ready to shine in the real world as we prepare for Occo Mundi!
