We would like to share an illuminated tentacle progress report with you. At Atomic Octopus HQ in Las Vegas, we have been making solid progress on yet another project for Burning Man 2026.
As you know, we recently received our placement location and could not be more excited. One of our campmates has been hard at work on a new version of the time-traveling coffee bar, and one of the upgrades will hopefully be illuminated tentacles! We’ve been testing filler material and LED lighting technology, hoping to come up with just the right look. Check out the pictures and the TikTok video below, the design is coming along nicely.
