Cotton Candy Occo: Fun Weather Wishes

In our efforts to appease the atomic octopus that lives beneath the Black Rock Desert, in hopes that it bestows great weather conditions at Burning Man 2026, we humbly offer this. An Octopus Of The Day, or Occo The Day. We think the more fun weird pictures we make, find, or post… the better the chances are for a great weather year.

That kind of challenge sounds like our kind of fun. We may not have a post every single day, but we’ll be thinking about it. We’ll share some of our favorites as often as we’re able to. Today’s Occo The Day entry is another double feature, two Cotton Candy Occo creations! We’re not entirely sure how they ended up with humanoid automaton bodies, but we like the look. Did the octopus create a humanoid robot because that would be useful on land? Or did it simply come across a humanoid machine and put it to good use?
